Thanksgiving Blessings

Thanksgiving is coming up fast so wanted to start on my cards.  I've taken a bit of a break from creating and have not been commenting much as I had my cataracts removed and the computer time was limited.  I had my 1 week checkup for the second eye today and all is good, my vision is wonderful!  I only need readers now.  I found the best selection at Michaels of all places, $4.99 with the case included before a coupon.
Anyways back to crafting.  I am looking forward to catching up to all your blogs and your cards will look even better than before to me!  This background from my stash of alcohol ink backgrounds was so bright I tried several things but once I added the white to it I was happy.    Close up below so you can see how bright it really is, like the fall leaves!

  10. So happy that the surgery went well. It's not so bad, just a bit to think about beforehand. Caught a glimpse of the rich background colors when visiting your shaker card. Love the deep fall orange/reds on your created background & the tiny golden falling leaves. The way you've done the sentiment certainly stands out terrific too. Good luck with the continued healing. TFS & Hugs
