Just for You
A card I sent to a dear friend about a week ago to let her know I was thinking of her to boost her spirits. I had made a similar card awhile back and really liked the design and changed it up to use this friends favorite color and used sparkly red embossing powder. The sentiment and flowers ( by Inspired by Stamping) are stamped on Vellum and layered over patterned paper and then cardstock. To me the best cards to make and send are ones to brightened another persons day. Wishing all my blogland friends a special day today, I appreciate your visits and your comments, they brighten my day.

Such a nice way to cheer up your friend, Donna! Love those large sentiments and fun striped paper! At first glance, these look like die-cut words - I am amazed that they are stamped - they stamp beautifully on the vellum!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love the patterned paper, and I love the way you used the die cut words as the focal point. What a great way to brighten someones day.
