The House That Stamps Built Tic-Tac-Toe

Time for out monthly Tic-Tac-Toe at The House That Stamps Built!

I wanted bright and cheery so I went straight across the center, Bright Colors,
 Patterned Paper  and Stitching.  This will be one of my work
birthday cards for a co-worker that likes dragonflies.
 
I used Repeat Impressions: Flower Power Separates., a die
cut by tutti designs, paper and bling from my stash.

    This pretty card has all the sunshine elements of spring. I love it!
    Loads of interest with the fishtail banners, the dimensional flowers on a larger, solid fishtail and I love the silver bee charm. TFS & Hugs
