The House That Stamps Built: Tic-Tac-Toe

Tic-Tac-Toe time at The House That Stamps Built,  I went with the middle row across:  Patriotic- Embossing: Dry (stars on the blue, and heat)- and Die cut.   You are probably wondering why my patriotic card says Happy Birthday,  my dads birthday is on the 4th of July, so I made this card in advance for his birthday.  His birthday is a big celebration is the USA!

    What a great patriotic card, Donna! Love the embossed fireworks! I send red, white, and blue cards to a few relatives who have birthday's the first of July as well!
