The House That Stamps Built: Designers Choice

This week is Shirley's choice at The House That Stamps Built  and she choose:
 It's Up In The Air!


I went with one of the fun Quartet Sets:  8503-U, Moments Quartet. 
 First I inked the  saying up in black, stamped, cleaned the stamp and reinked
in Versamark ink and embossed with clear.  Then came the fun applying the
 following  Distress Oxides randomly: Mustard seed, Picked raspberry,
Seedless preserves and Peacock feathers.   A bit of layering, use of a Martha
 Stewart punch and die cutting 8606 Birthday with a Quick cutz die I had
 the card above.

    This is such a beautiful stamp - I just have never played with the one I have. I knew you would pick butterflies and what a great job you did for this challenge, love the combination of colors you used.

    Lovely blended colors and the yellow makes the softer colors stand out. I think this design looks beautiful.
