The House That Stamps Built: Sketch

Such a fun and easy sketch this week at Repeat Impressions!

Close up:

I started by picking out a patterned paper with coral in it, coral is
the Pantene color for 2019 so I used it as my starting point. Then
I took 9001-L, Butterfly (lg) and put several Distress Oxides
directly on the stamp, spritzed it water and stamped it.
Fussy cut and placed on  a die cut oval and added some
 embellishments which I distressed.

Join in the challenge one or every week at The House That Stamps Built to be
entered into a monthly drawing for a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate,
awarded on the first Wednesday of each month, an extra entry if you use
a Repeat Impressions stamp!   See discount code on my sidebar.

  1. As soon as I saw this I knew it was from my sweet friend, who loves butterflies. Really like how you did the focal image of the butterfly and I didn't know the color this year was coral. Will have to remember that. Great job.
