The House That Stamps Built: Tic-Tac-Toe

Back for a weekly challenge at Repeat Impressions, this week is a
Tic-Tac-Toe with a lot of fun options.

No photo description available.

I went right down the right side, starting with a die cut Summer Flowers Background
by Die Versions, I inked it up with 3 blue Oxide Inks, spritzed it with water
(a new technique for me) and then Shimmer Spritz.  I stamped my most
used Repeat Impressions stamp Birthday Vertical and layered both of
these up for dimension, adding pop  dots to the sentiment.  A silver curly
 ribbon finished my card off.
Join in the challenge one or every week at The House That Stamps Built to be
entered into a monthly drawing for a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate,
awarded on the first Wednesday of each month, an extra entry if you use
a Repeat Impressions stamp!   See discount code on my sidebar.
