The House That Stamps Built-Tic Tac Toe

A fun Tic Tac Toe this week at The House That Stamps Built, I went
with the right sided column and made my husbands Valentine's
Day Card:
 My image is Repeat Impressions Bear with Heart colored with
Faber-Castell's, sentiment is Repeat Impressions I love you beary,
patterned paper by sweet nothings.
