You guessed it, Tic-Tac-Toe week at The House That Stamps Built.
I started with Winged things using 9204-M, Water Lilies & Dragonflies
and then ended up with the right vertical column as it fit my image
best. I had purple, added ribbon and a dry embossed card front. My
image is colored with Copics and has layers of Wink of Stella for
shimmer.

We both did the same row, but our cards turned out so differently! (Isn't that fun?!) Love the purple and green color combo on your card, and that pretty bow!
