The House That Stamps Built: Tic-Tac-Toe

It's Tic-Tac-Toe time at The House That Stamps Built this week:

I went with the bottom row across.  My card was inspired by a U-tube by
and  easy to follow after watching.  This card will go to my husband
who has had a rough year health wise.
 
Supplies:
Repeat Impressions:  2719-K, Lg Pine TreeI'm So Glad
Also: Impression Obsession Evergreen Tree Die
White paint for snow splatters
