Repeat Impressions Pick of the Week

It is my turn to do the POTW (Pick of the Week) at The House That
Stamps Built.
I am going to show using the positive and negative of a die cut
for two cards.
My supplies are: Distress Oxides, Die cut of choice, I used Memory
Box Kensington Branch,  and Taylored Expressions Frame in Frame,
Stamps of choice, I used Repeat Impressions
Just because and Happy Hello, and card stock:



Cut die and save negative:


Press Distress inks on mat and spritz:


Smoosh with plastic or acetate on two sheets of card stock and
die cut:


Stamp sentiments, assemble and embellish as desired:

  7. Ok, this is such a cool background!! I love the ways you've shared how to get use from the many background we can make while having some messy fun too! That die is just gorgeous and I love both versions of your designs! TFS!! HUGS

  8. Wonderfully lovely designs! I adore using the borders and negatives of my die cuts, too, whenever possible and have a ziplock bag brimming over with them that I try to utilize when applicable to given project.
