That does look good. I have seen Barbara Gray (Clarity) demo using the gelli plate. Not something I gotten into but it did seem a lot less messy than i had thought it would be. I love the colour you have produced here. Hugs Mrs A. Safe safe and well.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful background and card Donna, love the colors!
ReplyDeleteHello friend and Happy New Year!! Your first play with the gelli plate looks amazing! Such pretty colors and patterns! I actually bought a gelli plate at that convention a few years back and haven't played with it as much as I wanted, so thank you for the inspiration! HUGS
ReplyDeleteAdorable card and gorgeous use of the gel plate. x
ReplyDeleteThanks for your vote. xoxo
This turned out so pretty and I too have been thinking of getting a gelli plate for creating background! This one looks like a billowy blue sky behind the ferns and it looks so peaceful! I love the deckled edges too!
ReplyDeleteGreetings Donna, wow such a pretty design, I have never used a Gelli plate but wow it makes a fun design.

What fun to play with new toys. You did a great job on this background. I have yet made anything with my gel press .
ReplyDeleteJelly plate very fun to play it, isn't it? And your print turned out so pretty. Thanks for linking up to our January challenge gallery at Die Cut Divas.
ReplyDeleteWonderful card. I haven't play with my gelli plate for a long time. I like your fun card and so glad you shared over at Crafty Sentiments.

It's always fun to try something new and have it work out so well. Lovely card. So glad you joined us at Die Cut Divas for our "Frame It" challenge this month.
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about a gelli plate and I'm planning to get one this year. I've watched some videos and it looks like fun! Your card is gorgeous! The added die-cuts are perfect! It hasn't been a very good year so far in the U.S. but I hope things start looking brighter soon! Happy 2021 to you, my friend!
