The House That Stamps Built: Anything Goes

Continuing with the January theme of Anything Goes at The House That

This is the first card I made after creating numerous backgrounds with the Gelli
Plate I bought over the holidays.  It was so much fun creating backgrounds. I hesitated
to buy one as I did not like the lines a brayer leaves.  I decided to try Distress
Oxide Inks and they leave such a smooth canvas like look with no lines! I left this
one as is but have gone on to stencil, splatter etc on some of the other backgrounds
I made one my first time playing.

  1. I wanted to try a gelli plate too, but they were mostly sold out when I looked for one. This turned out so pretty with a great colorful background. Thanks for the tip about which inks to use too :) Love the framed look on this great masculine card!
