Two great cards Donna..Loz
ReplyDeleteWow, Donna, you are a pro at making and using foam stamps from dies! Your leaf coverage is amazing on the background of your hello card and I like the vellum backing! I also love the way you taped and blended the colorful stripes on your first card and the great job you did with the schplattering! Thank you for playing in TCC #37! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteThose softly blended stripes of colour make for a lovely background for the intricate die cut leaf, Donna ... and what a great background you created with your foam stamp from the same die, it's so fresh! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards, always love your creations and colours are gorgeous. xx
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards. I really like how you did the multi colored stripes and then added splattering.
ReplyDeleteOh WOW - love your twofers - I've not thought of cutting a "stamp" out of foam using a die - talk about thinking out of the box. Love both of your cards in this twofer. And then the minon card - LOVE it, and I know Mike did too. Patience is a blessing when it comes to putting cards like this together. Great job.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great last-minute twofer! Those leaves are so pretty and I love the stripes of color you created! Both cards are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty leaf die, Donna! You are so clever to use it to make a stamp from foam! I love all the colorful strips you used on the first card and the monochromatic look of the second! Thanks for sharing with us at The twofer Challenge!
ReplyDeleteHow clever to make those masked stripes, the perfect setting for the lovely leaf. Also clever to make your own stamp which is really stretching the die. It's so pretty, I'm sure you use it often. Alison, Twofer GD
ReplyDeleteSuper fun designs Donna.
ReplyDeleteHugs Diane
Two beautiful cards, the strips are gorgeous and I love how you made your own stamp out of foam, awesome idea!
ReplyDeleteUsing your die with foam to use it as a stamp is a super idea, I’ve never thought of that! Two beautifully designed cards.
ReplyDeletePs: the freebie stays there for a week, so it’s not too late to go fetch it.
Leaves are always a good choice for cards, and the color you chose is perfect for masculine cards!
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing with us at Cut it Up for our Masculine Card challenge!

Great cards! Love them both. Great ideas for different techniques.
ReplyDeleteSuch serenely lovely cards. Their colour palette mirrors the very one that I'm gazing out on as we embrace May's sunny, new greenery filled return.
