Tuxedo Card

I made my first Tuxedo card for a dear friends birthday.  I was quite happy
with how it turned out.  I gave cutting it out one try and called my hubby
to take over for me.  I may try it again for someone very special but it
was one of the more complicated fun folds I have made. Papers are
by stamping up.  Flowers by MFT, Mouse and sentiments
by Lawn Fawn. Unsure who the happy birthday die is by.

A few fun challenges:

  1. Donna, I have never seen this fold before and you have inspired me to give it a try after creating my kimono card! After seeing your card I Googled it and found a tutorial that says it's easy...we'll see...lol!n Thank you for sharing it at Creative Creases #39. Karen, DT

  16. For me it's the first time I'm seeing this fold, it amazes me how people can still come up with new card fold ideas for us to try:) The die cut sentiment looks perfect on here. Nice fresh colors.

  22. And...I was on the receiving end of this card. I have it sitting on my bar in the kitchen and get so many comments on how pretty it is. It looks very challenging to make although I love to do fun folds. I can see hubby measuring so precise, that is the engineer in him. Thanks you for both of my birthday cards and a fun night of crafting. Oh and what a great dinner too.
