What a nice collection of masculine cards. I like the 5th one the best, rainbow colors. I have 2 male buddies so I keep my masculine ones in a separate box. Great job.
ReplyDeleteFabulous set of men's cards and DP colours Donna..Loz
ReplyDeleteThat's such pretty paper and you made a nice set of cards using it.
ReplyDeleteThank you for following my blog. Hope you have a great weekend,
Jill

These are all brilliantly done Donna! I love that you sat down and put all these together for a masculine stash of cards! The backgrounds turned out wonderfully and I love all of the ones with the embossing and stars! They're perfect for masculine designs! Thanks for sharing these my friend!
ReplyDeleteDonna, I love that starry birthday card you shared with us at The Male Room for our "galaxy and/or stars" January theme! Using the mottled paper for the die cuts really adds so much more than had you used solid colors! Thank you for sharing your card with us for our first challenge of 2023!!! -Donna
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Look at all the cards you've made with those great papers! I admire you for using what you bought instead of stashing it! Great job on them all!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous backgrounds. Thank you for sharing your work with us on the AAA Birthday Card Challenge. It is always good to add to your stock of man's cards. LOL.
ReplyDeleteYes, my favourites are #4 and #6 as the stars are a nice touch. I don't have a stash of masculine cards but this is a great idea! I am taking a short blog break but wanted to pop in to say hello.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great post, Donna, and you show us that we don't need to overcomplicate making those masculine designs. These designs are also very age neutral, which is a plus. Very inspiring post.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful.
ReplyDelete~I like the way that Happy Birthday die looked so different depending on which background it was on - great way to see how things can change just by colour - love your entry for our Galaxy theme at The Male Room Challenge.
ReplyDeleteWow! I like the way you create texture using ink and then add more with an embossing folder. What a way to transform your stash of backgrounds into masculine cards you can grab when you need one! I struggle with masculine cards. Thank you for sharing and giving me inspiration. My favorites are 1, 3, and 5.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards, Donna! Masculine cards aren’t easy for me, but you’ve hit these out of the park! Love them all!
ReplyDeleteHi Donna
ReplyDeleteCan’t believe I haven’t commented on this fab collection of cards - I thought I had! Sorry.
I love them all and they’re all so different. Thanks for entering a piece of homework to the Snippets Playground. xxx
Way to go using your NBUS so quickly, Donna, and what a great price! I don't know how you could pick a favorite! Each one is a brilliant use of your backgrounds and dies, especially for the guys in your life. (I need to do this with the backgrounds that are yelling at me from the side of the room!) Happy New Year Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, each one is so stunning and creative! Lots of wonderful work here, and great take on the challenge. Thanks so much for playing along with us this time over at Can You Handle the Pressure, I hope we see you back again soon!
