Wow these are so eye catching and gorgeous Donna! I really love that top card with the rainbow background including the texture with it! The basket with that wood grain look and the greens with the gold are amazing! LOVE them both! So glad you have spend some fun crafty time with Shirley and hope she's recovering well! HUGS
ReplyDeleteI just love both of these cards, but the first one is especially festive with that great rainbow background design! I love the colors and swirled look of them with that basket full of four-leaf clovers in green and gold. I like the simplicity of the 2nd one too because who couldn't use a basket filled with good luck charms?
ReplyDeleteThese both turned out lovely. I especially love the rainbow background, I think it has great textures to it too, but I also like the clean feel of the second card.
ReplyDeleteTwo fab St Patrick’s Day cards with lovely backgrounds. Thanks for coming to play in the Snippets Playground. See you up in the treehouse shortly xxx
ReplyDeleteA basketful of shamrocks is such a fun idea, Donna! That beautiful rainbow embossed background on the first one is a real knockout! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteDonna: How cool it is to see a two-fer!!! And how different they are! I'm loving that top one with the rainbow texture because I love color! Thanks for sharing at My Time To Craft's create your own background competition! --Becca
ReplyDeleteGreat St. Patrick's Day cards, love the CAS design, and the rainbow is amazing! Thanks for playing along with us at Cany You Handle the Pressure and at Simply Clean & Simple!
ReplyDeleteI just looked at my calendar a few minutes ago to check to see when St Patricks day was. Now I am seeing your cards with the cute baskets of shamrocks. I love the rainbow background you have created on the first one. Good job.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun basket to fill with shamrocks. My favorite is on the blended/embossed background. I'm glad we got some "girl work/fun time" despite your hip pain.
ReplyDeleteWonderful card Donna - I really love the rainbow background and the basket of flowers is a perfect 'topper'!
ReplyDeleteHugs
