Seaside

Allsorts Challenge this fortnight is Seaside or ATG's, chosen by
Christine.  My take on the theme:

Seaside is a lovely place to be and one of my favorite vacation
spots, making this card extra fun to make!

I used Hero Arts Color Layering Waves.  I stamped the waves in
3shades of blue on water color paper.  I then water colored the sand with
beige and topped it with gold and light brown splatters. I loosely
water colored the sky for a subtle cloudy look. The birds are
from an old Angel Company set, and the sea gulls from Stampin Up
high tide.  I hope this card gives you a relaxed feeling. Layers
cut with a stitched die by Stampin Up.

Check out my team mates Seaside cards and enter the challenge

  1. Your seaside card captures such a serene and breezy atmosphere—it truly feels like a breath of fresh ocean air. The layered waves are beautifully done, and your sandy shoreline with its golden splatters adds the perfect sun-kissed touch. I love how the sky’s gentle wash gives that sense of a peaceful coastal morning, and those birds really bring the whole scene to life. Such a beautifully composed and calming piece!
