Find Beauty

Designer Choice Challenge this week at The House That Stamps Built and Laurie has chosen: Falling for you: leaves, fall, autumn cards:

I am having so much fun with my Distress Oxide inks I started by painting a fall background and using a splatter brush (yes there is a Tim Holtz splatter brush just for this).  I then did an Oxide ink background in leaf colors and stamped it with Repeat Impressions:  3313-E, Oak Leaf 5 times and fussy cut and then placed those so they looked liked they were falling from a tree.

Join us in our challenge!  You can use any stamps but if you use Repeat Impressions Stamps you have double chances to win.  Check out my sidebar for a discount on any Repeat Impressions order.

  10. Your bg is gorgeous, Donna. I had no idea there was a splatter brush, but it did a great job for you on this bg. Your fussy cutting deserves an award because this card is stunning! The addition of the wood grain bg panel sets this up beautifully.
