Pick of the Week for The House That Stamps Built

It is  my turn for POTW (Pick of the Week) for
The House That Stamps Built. All the stamps I
used today are 20% off this week, check the
website for details.
I am sharing a"smooshing" technique with you today.
I tried it on both glossy cardstock (on the left) and on watercolor
cardstock (on the right.)

  2. There's nothing better than smooching, Donna, and I love your examples and the cards you made! I think the glossy one looks softer and dreamier. I usually lay my paper into the ink on my mat; I had forgotten about doing it this way and now can't wait to try it again. It seems like you have much better control and you don't get that slurp on the edge from lifting the paper out of the color. Way better!! Thank you! Take care and be safe! Hugs, Darnell

  5. Awesome technique, Donna! This is one of my favourite techniques for backgrounds! Love how both of these turned out! Beautiful colours you used! The lighthouse card is gorgeous and so is the floral card! I love both of them! Hope you and your loved ones are all still safe and healthy.
