Girls Day

Had a fun day a couple weeks ago at my house with a couple
dear friends.  We all had projects to share and enjoyed
chatting, lunch and crafting.

Diane had the cute duck card and the inlaid flower card:

Shirley had this darling phone card and the glitter flower
card.  We had a good laugh over who the phone card
could be sent to, not a young person!

My two cards:

The lighthouse is a die by Die Versions.
Butterfly card is Catherine Pooler and the background
is stenciled after first blending of the card front.

  1. What a fun day it was - one of my favorite things to do is get together with dear friends and craft. Everyone brings such great ideas to the table - literally - and we go home with a nice mix of cards to add to our collection. TFS

  3. This is a wonderful collection of cards, and crafting with friends is a great way to relax and have fun. I too am fond of the telephone card but only because they WORKED and I knew how to use them LOL

  5. It sounds so nice to be meat up with friends to craft. I think you all made some really beautiful and unique cards. I do love a light house scene, and although I would have chosen to use the darker paper for the die cut myself, just by habitude, I actually really love it in the lighter color. And the butterfly cards has lovely colors.

  7. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog to say hello and comment on a card. You have some really fabulous cards here as well. You're a busy crafter. I did make a phone card a week or two ago. Yours is really cute. I wanted to use old phone book paper as my background, but I couldn't find a phone book in my house anywhere. Can you believe that? Anyway...thanks for stopping by my blog and please visit again soon.

I would also love to have you come share your art with us at Word Art Wednesday Challenge for your chance to WIN some fabulous prizes. You can find that here:
