Shades of Blue

 Time for another card challenge at Allsorts, chosen by Liz - shades of blue,

anything goes is always an option also.


 
    This card was so fun to make,  although very time
 consuming, it will go to someone special.  
Stamps, dies  and papers by Stampin Up.  This is a four fold card,
