Things with wings

Challenge time at Allsorts. Lynne has picked Things With Wings and as always
Anything Goes is accepted.

I went with several Taylored Expression stamps and dies for the main focus of my
scene featuring sea gulls and filled in with a few other supplies. A day at the
beach sounds delightful and I could just picture it while making my card.

I  have reconnected with my cousin in Rhode Island, she
likes going to the beach and recently got 20" of snow  so I thought
she would enjoy a beach scene.

Supplies:
Taylored Expressions:  Striped Background,  A Day In Paradise stamp set and
Build a Scene-Underwater dies
Cloud dies by Amuse
A Colorful Life Cloud Stencil
Positively Pawsome Cross stitch Flat Bottom Circle

Hop on over to Allsorts blog to see what my teammates have created and
to enter for a chance to win a guest design spot or:
Prize of $30 gift card from Taylored Expressions and extra prize of an A4 stamp set.

  1. Your beach scene feels so inviting, and the mix of Taylored Expressions elements creates such a cohesive little world. The gulls add great movement, and the layered clouds give the whole piece a soft, breezy atmosphere. It is such a thoughtful idea to tailor the card to your cousin’s love of the ocean, especially after all that snow.
