Sleeping Turtle

This sweet little sleeping turtle is from 2 Cute Ink.  I thought he (she) would be perfect for Valentines (or new baby, birthday...) so I just had to add it to my collection.  See close up below.   The  paper is from K&Company, is a fabulous 12x12 pack with every holiday and season in it.   Hope everyone is having a good week!

Thanks a latte

This sweet digi is from  Drawn With Character, they have some adorable images. I won a Etsy gift certificate in the coffee blog hop and just recently used it for digi's from Drawn with Character, 2 Cute Ink  and a Random Fan.   I also recently won a gift certificate to Bugaboo. I have them all are printed and waiting to be colored!   I don't normally win things so have been very excited and enjoying this.  Thank you ladies for offering these nice gifts, I truly appreciate your generosity.

My supplies used:  Sizziz Word Labels die cuts, Reece paper from Red Rubber Designs, Copics:E000,11,13,&55,R 20 and 08, and my Wink of Stella.

I showed a close up so you can see the glitter from the Wink of Stella pen.

Happy New Year to all!

I get to announce today that I am part of the House of Cards design team and I hope you will join the first challenge of the year at House of Cards which runs for the entire month. You will also want to see the creations of my talented teammates, more pictures will be posted each week!

This photo was such a fun inspiration for the House of Cards January Challenge.  I went with both the inspiration and a bit of glitter.    My main image, Our Daily Bread Lighthouse, Papers (MME,. along with my choice of Copics ( C00, C3,C5,C7,E30,E33,B000,B05,BG10,BG23,Y21) were inspired by the colors and of course I had to add glitter with my Recollections shell brad and also my Wink of Stella brush on the ocean and sand!  I choose a Joy Fold for my card base (see bottom photo for a side view).

Yellow Roses

I had some time to stamp this weekend so I started on my January birthday cards.  This is for a co-worker that likes yellow roses.  I used a Studio 112 stamp, Spellbinders labels 4 die, and colored with Copics.  I designed it with several fun challenges in mind:

Teddy Bear Christmas

This sweet image Christmas Bitty Tree Bears is from Meljen's Designs and I knew when I won this digi it would be my husbands Christmas card.  After coloring it with Copics I fussy cut, covered with Versa Mark, covered with Ranger Holographic embossing powdered and embossed, you can see it better on the close-up.  It added just the right amount of sparkle! I used my Cuddlebug dots for the background, and Nesting eyelet square on the K& Company Papers.  Eyelet and ribbons from my stash.  I hope he enjoys his card Christmas morning!

I also want to wish all my blog followers a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.  Your inspiration through your amazing creations and  your comments on my blog mean so much.  Thank you!

Nativity

This is a Christmas card I made for a co-worker for her to send out this year.  I used a Hero Arts stamp, poinsettia dry embossing folder, die cut standard circles and nesting doily circles and wired ribbon from Michaels. I am curious what other people charge for cards?  I went with $2.00.
