C.C. Designs

I think this stamp from C.C. Designs is called Emma.  My friend accidentally bought  her twice so I was the lucky recipient of the second one! She was fun to color and put together. She has been sitting on my table since February and I hadn't played with her yet. (okay I have several new stamps like that) I need more time.  The background paper was from Michael's and the fence and grass are from Amuse. Emma is colored with Copics.

Masculine Easel Card

This is our son's Get Well card.  He had his gallbladder out last Friday and thought he would like this card.  The picture was taken on his mantle.  He has done well with his recovery, much less painful than the attacks.

Mothers Day Easel Card

This is my moms Mothers Day card on the top.  Easel cards are fun to make and have that special look to them.  The rose is a Studio112 clear mini stamp colored with Copics YG 03-63-67, R22-27-29.  I added some sponging, embellishments and the fun was finished. I made several similar to my Mom's - not quite as fancy, and the Victorian version below has not been sent off yet.

Happy Tulip Day

I've been getting  a lot of use out of this Hero Arts card.  It's such a good stamp for many occasions and is great embossed or colored with watercolor markers.  Both  of these cards were used at work.

Hero Arts

I sent this card to my mom.  She has sciatica in her hip so has had to take it easy this week so this deserved a card in the mail.  It is a solid Hero Arts stamped with Amuse's blue pigment ink and embossed in clear, then the unembossed areas are colored with Copic Markers. I've had  this stamp over a year and was not sure what to do with it, I had tried it with just a clear background and did not like it so brought it down to my friend Shirleys and we tried it in blue and I liked that effect better.

CAS Light house

This is my oldest son's birthday card.   CAS.  I really like Stampscapes.  You can go simple or do a lot with them and are perfect for  masculine cards.   How do you like the lighthouse light?  My husband did not like how mine turned out so he did the light on this one, was fun having him have a part in making our son's card.  He usually has good input when I ask. It is a good thing he likes my cards and does not mind my stamping addiction!

I got this Quirky Bunny from Doodle Pantry so I thought I would enter this card  in their current challenge DPDC22.  Take a look at the cards entered! http://doodlepantryblog.com/
