Anything but a card


This week our Challenge at  The House that Stamps Built is Anything but a Card chosen by Patti.  This was quite a challenge for me.  Luckily I had just ordered a pillow die cut so I knew I was going to go with that.  I dug into my endless stash of alcohol ink papers and found 2 similar ones and a purple one.  After die cutting my two pillow box shapes I stamped those and the third sheet with  Repeat Impressions:  10201-W Flower Power Background.  I cut out a couple flowers from the purple sheet.  I also cut a few leaves out of white card stock and colored them with distress inks.  Colored some tulle with distress ink and assembled adding a jewel to the flower center.  And of course it had to be filled with dark chocolate - my favorite!

Oooh, your pillow box is absolutely beautiful! I love the colour combo - one of my favourites! The flower and greenery are perfect! Are those Hershey's kisses purple? I've not seen them in purple before! So cute!
