The House That Stamps Built: Anything Goes

You guessed it friends, it is the fourth Wednesday so everyone's favorite at
The House this week: anything goes.

Here is my card:

We recently had a new sea wall put in and my husband wanted a
thank you card for the owner of the company that built the wall. I
won't get into the full story but it was very difficult  and long process
to find someone to build the sea wall especially at a somewhat
reasonable price.

I used one of Wendy's many fabulous lighthouses:
Embossing folder:Tim Holtz Brick texture
Die cut: Stampin Up

Join our weekly challenge, and you might just
be the lucky winner of the monthly drawing for the
$25 Repeat Impression's  gift certificate. Each entry gets a chance,
two if you use a Repeat Impressions stamp.

My followers get a 10% discount -see
my sidebar.  Drawing is the first Wednesday every month.

I know your seawall came with a lot of frustration but - it is done and I am, anxious to see the completed wall. Love the brick background you used for this pretty lighthouse. What a nice thank you card this will make.

Living inland, I can only imagine how difficult it was to find someone to build a new seawall, but I'm glad you were able to get the job completed! What a great way to thank the person who built it! Loving the lighthouse with the bricked background and beautiful clouds in the sky!

I absolutely LOVE this card Donna! The brick background is stunning and the colors are so pretty! I know nothing about a "sea wall", but it sounds like it would be something of substantial need and expense! Thanks for your wonderful inspiration!

This is such a lovely, timeless design. It makes me long to visit the ocean again ASAP once travel becomes safer and easier again. I was born a stone's throw from the Pacific and have felt a deeply connected bond to the ocean throughout my life. I'd love to move to its shores again, but for now, the many lakes of the Interior will have to satisfy my love of the water.
