I got a new Catherine Pooler stencil and made up a bunch of backgrounds,
the ones above uses Distress Oxides: broken china, speckled egg,
and faded jeans. Lighthouse die cut is Die Versions, I cut two so I could
use all the pieces from each. I have another card to share once it reaches the
recipient, and will have more once I create with the other backgrounds.
Hope you had time to create today!

Ooo . . . that IS a great stencil! And I love the inks you blended to create the backgrounds, too! Good for you getting some cards made on World Cardmaking Day! Thanks for playing with Di's Digi Designs.
That certainly is beautiful, and the background stencil does resemble waves.

That's a great stenciled background for the lighthouse and I love the variation of color in shades of blue! Shame on me, I made no cards for WCMD :(
I love the lighthouse die and my oh my how different it looks on each card. I like the light blue version the best. Hugs Mrs A.
Really beautiful blue toned background Donna! I love the design of the stencil nd your rounded edges too! The lighthouses both turned out fabulous!

A very eye catching card. I love your beautiful background you created, using the various blue shades. I like that you added the lighthouse, it gives it such a peaceful look. Have a great week.

Beautiful card! Love the stencil! I saw a card today that you made using that stencil, it was SO pretty in real life! Thanks for sharing!
What a peaceful greeting. The blues are wonderfully relaxing and instantly put one in mind of time spent kicking back at the beach.
