Time for a new biweekly challenge at Allsorts. Val has chosen the theme of
stencils and of course anything goes is also acceptable.
I used a stencil by AALL & Create: Cascading Dots. I chose several
colors and stenciled them one at a time, shifting the stencil each time. I
added a happy birthday die and background from Altenew, two
circle dies and a die punched star. I always need masculine cards.
Then I misted my stencil and set it on a piece of white card
stock and got the lovely dotted paper below. I die cut it
with a window die by Pawsitively Pawsome Designs and
layered some coordinating flowers from My Favorite Things
and a hello die from Scrapbook.com. I used colors opposite
on the color wheel and liked how this came out.
I could not waste the leftover frame and purple pieces so I
stenciled a background on vellum with the same stencil and
added it to a white base and layered it up with more die
cuts as named above.
Please join us at Allsorts for a chance to win the prizes below:
From Lisa Horton Crafts, Pansy Corner layering stencils with coordinating die and embossing folder. A second prize of two AALL and Create stencils....

These are beautiful. I love the frames. Great work.
Such a wonderful collection of cards and a great way to use the stencil in different ways. I need to start remembering to do that!!
Wonderful use of all the pieces!
Very Springy bottom two, and good job with the masculine card!

A lovely set of cards using your stencilling and die cutting. Great ideas to get MORE from your stencils while you have them out on your desk. xxx

These are all wonderful. I don't think I have ever stencilled onto vellum! Must give it a go, thanks for the inspiration.

Your cards , stencil work are adorable and love the composition and design x
These are all fabulous Donna! I love your confetti looking birthday card with the stenciling and the misting gives it sort of a bokeh effect! Love that you've utilized the frame die with the flowers too!
I love these.

Love all three of these cards. You always do so well with stencils - something I don't do so well or often. Add these to your collections.
