The House That Stamps Built: Anything Goes

Yes, it is everyone's favorite week at The House, Anything Goes! I need
to get going on Christmas cards as it will be here before we know it.

I embossed 2103-M, These three gifts with Egyptian gold embossing
powder on a white silver metallic paper, added an elegant gold
layer, a few gold stars and left it at that for the sentiment to
shine.

I hope you will share your creations in our weekly challenge, you might just be the
lucky winner of the monthly drawing for the $25 Repeat Impression's gift
certificate. Each entry gets a chance, two if you use a

Wine bottle tag/bookmark

I will give you one guess as to where I am this week, you guessed it.  I
am laying on the beach, sight seeing, eating and of course enjoying wine with
dear friends since high school.  I made these wine bottle tags/bookmarks
as a little remembrance of our trip for the group.

I look forward to catching up with your blogs when I get back!

The House That Stamps Built Inspiration Photo

Image may contain: flower and outdoor

Inspiration Photo week at The House,  Wendy does an amazing job at picking
the photos, making it easy to create on this week!

I started by blending my background with Distress Oxides: Broken China,
Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch and Faded Jeans. I then stamped
5704-L, Bamboo with Distress Oxide Peeled paint.  Next I
and colored with Copic markers, fussy cut and attached to my card.  I then
die cut some flowers from a scrap of pre-colored paper from my stash
with Tim Holtz flowers.  Looks pretty much like the photo!

Presentation of the Week

I wanted to share some scored card fronts for my Presentation of
the Week for The House That Stamps Built  I have a  3x3 flip tool
I made yearsago that I refer to when I want a fun scored card front.  It has mini
scorideas and on the back of each the measurements.  I choose 3 for
 today's tutorial.

The first one I chose my starting spot scored across a 4x5 1/4 paper
and again 1/4" below:

I then turned the paper and scored every 1/2 " across:

My second one I scored 1/4" from each edge:

The third one I scored diagonally every 1/4 ""

My finished cards:

Repeat Impressions: Look to this day... , Bamboo

All the stamps I used will be discounted this week, see The House That
