The House That Stamps Built: Designer Choice Challenge

 Wendy picked this week for our DCC (Designer Choice Challenge) at The House

That Stamps Built and she choose CAS-lots of white space and minimal 

embellishments. I am not good at white space so this was a challenge for me.

                                              

 

I started with one of my favorite Repeat Impression stamps to color:

Vase of Tulips,  and used some fall looking Copic colors. I used a white

die cut (Frame in Frame by Taylored Expressions) and a white embossed  layer

 (with a circular design) from my ready  to go box and 

stopped, no gems, no pearls.  That was difficult but I do like the result.

Christmas Cards

 

On these I used PocketPenPals™ Away in a Manger and Three Wise Men, thanks

to  Scor-pal for a generous gift certificate with which I got this and other

goodies when I won there challenge in February. Music was printed from

Pintrest.    Words are Taylored Expressions-Simple Strips Christmas.

 

New Home Congrats!

 

This is the new house card I made for our son and dear daughter in law. The

 House is from Taylored Expressions A Day in Paradise-colored with Copics,

the dog is a  GWP from my days with The Angel Company, shrunk down on the

printer. Cloud die cut by Amuse.  Distress Oxide inks: Mermaid Lagoon,

Shaded Lilac, Worn Lipstick, and Peeled Paint.
