MHKDesigns Inspiration Post

Donna here with my December Inspiration  Post for MHKDesigns:

I made a Double Dutch fold card and created a background using my Brusho's.   I printed the wreath from Wonderful Wreath stamp set on green paper and red paper and fussy cut adding some red gems for holly. I printed my favorite saying "Sending love from our family to yours" on my Brusho background and assembled.  Be sure to check out all the Christmas digital sets in MHKDesigns Etsy shop for quick Christmas card creations and ideas featured with each set and also at MHKDesigns!

So glad you stopped by today!

Surprise Blog Hop for Julie

Hello, my friends! Welcome to a SPECIAL SURPRISE blog hop for our dear friend, Julie Odil! Julie was recently diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma, so this hop is our way of letting her know that we are here for her.

You should have come here from Asha Martins blog. If you didn't, please hop over to MHKDesigns for a complete list of participants!

Along with this hop, there is a special release digital stamp set and paper pack from the MHKDesigns Etsy shop designed specifically for sending get well cards to those struggling with different forms of cancer. The colors of the paper pack are lavender (all cancers awareness), lime green (lymphoma awareness), pink (breast cancer awareness), teal (ovarian cancer awareness), and peach (cervical cancer awareness). Take a peek at these products... I used both the Get Well Flowers Digital Set and Papers.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends! I know that Julie need our support now more than ever, so let's band together and show her that we are here for her!

Your next stop on the hop is the lovely:  Jerrie Mead

Thanks a latte

Another card I made this past weekend, you can never have too many thank you cards on hand for the holidays.  I used Repeat Impressions Thanks a latte set and patterned paper that has been in my stash forever to paper piece this.   This was a fun sketch.

Cheery birthday

Only needed one birthday card for work for December so got that made this weekend along with the bosses Christmas cards and several other cards and  a  Christmas project. For the birthday card I did a simple watercolor with marker and used a patterned paper for impact.  It was great to have a long weekend!  I will be posting some of the other projects soon.
