Spotlight Technique

                                             I used my Copic Markers on this card and chose
                                             to do the Spotlight technique where you stamp the
                                             image twice, color just a small portion, punch it with
                                             a circle punch, punch a sightly larger circle in black,
                                             assemble and you have spotlighted your image!
