These are for the August birthdays at work. This months card recipients
were much easier to create for, no difficulty coming up with ideas for
their cards.
The first card is Hero Arts Newspaper Tulips, I like the
embossed white on craft, but it is also so pretty water colored and is
an all around versatile stamp. I used the Nesting eyelet square die.
I have some anniversary cards with it to post at a later day.
Challenges:
The second card is Stampendous Narcissus, I usually use my Copics
with this set but my friend Shirley had paper pieced it so I gave that
a try with Amuse cardstock, fussy cut it, put it on a Quick Cuts
Nesting Lace Oval on an on Amuse cardstock that I embossed.
Challenges:
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend and week!

Both cards are really neat. Don't know which I like best. The narcissus
is one of my favorite stamps but I think I prefer it colored. Your co-workers will like their card. Mom
Two fabulous cards Donna. I too love white embossed on craft and the paper piecing on the second one is so pretty. Michelle x
Donna, these are both lovely, and your coworkers will be so thrilled to receive them. That Narcissus is one of my favorite stamps. Beautifully done!
Both beautiful cards Donna..Loz
Love both of your cards - I don't know which one I like better - I know your co-workers must be so happy that they have a "personal" card maker on their team. Great job.
I think both these cards are beautiful. The simplicity of the designs allow the flowers to get the attention they deserve. I think white with kraft has a wonderful cleanliness about it, and the flowers on your second card looks so pretty paper pieced. It's one of my favorite techniques, I do use it a lot for flowers as I find it hard to color them.
Lovely cards! Thank you for joining our "Summer Lovin" Challenge this week at Love to Create.
